Our Programs
Living Strong North Idaho programs represent the core components of a prevention-focused integrated healthy aging model designed to connect preventive healthcare, movement, nutrition, education, and community support into a coordinated system. These programs support implementation of a scalable approach to healthy aging that is already underway and will continue expanding as partnerships, infrastructure, and community participation grow.

Healthy Aging Education & Resources
A prevention-focused approach that brings together healthcare, movement, nutrition, education, and community support to help older adults maintain mobility, independence, and quality of life as they age.

Community Partnerships & Infrastructure
Connecting trusted healthcare providers, community organizations, and local resources to create a more coordinated support system for healthy aging across North Idaho.
Integrated Healthy Aging Model
Practical, evidence-based resources that help individuals better understand mobility, nutrition, metabolic health, brain health, and other factors that support healthy aging and long-term independence.
As Living Strong North Idaho continues to grow, the model will expand into a dedicated healthy aging center designed to help older adults stay active, informed, connected, and independent. The center will bring together preventive healthcare, movement, nutrition, education, community support, and social connection in one welcoming environment where people can improve their health, build relationships, and enjoy the journey of healthy aging.
